Scheduled Repayments definition

Scheduled Repayments shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(b).
Scheduled Repayments means Tranche A Scheduled Repayments and Tranche B Scheduled Repayments.
Scheduled Repayments shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.02(i)(a).

Examples of Scheduled Repayments in a sentence

  • At the time of purchases of Term Loans pursuant to an Auction, the then remaining Scheduled Repayments shall be reduced by the aggregate principal amount (taking the face amount thereof) of Term Loans repurchased pursuant to such Auction, with such reduction to be applied to such Scheduled Repayments on a pro rata basis (based on the then remaining principal amount of each such Scheduled Repayments).

  • At the time of purchases of Term Loans pursuant to any Open Market Purchase, the then remaining Scheduled Repayments shall be reduced by the aggregate principal amount (taking the face amount thereof) of Term Loans repurchased pursuant to such Open Market Purchase, with such reduction to be applied to such Scheduled Repayments on a pro rata basis (based on the then remaining principal amount of each such Scheduled Repayments).

  • Each prepayment of any Term Loan pursuant to this Section 5.01(b) shall reduce the then remaining Scheduled Repayments of the applicable Tranche of Term Loans on a pro rata basis (based upon the then remaining unpaid principal amounts of Scheduled Repayments of the respective Tranche after giving effect to all prior reductions thereto).

  • Except as otherwise provided below, all repayments of outstanding Term Loans of a given Tranche pursuant to Sections 5.02(c), (d), (e) and (f) (and applied pursuant to this clause (g)) shall be applied to reduce the Scheduled Repayments of the applicable Tranche in direct order of maturity of such Scheduled Repayments.

  • Following the occurrence of an Event of Default under Clause 11.1.1, the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders) may notify the Borrower that with immediate effect the Loan shall be repaid on the dates and in the amounts set out in the third column of the table in Schedule 10 (Originally Scheduled Repayments) whereupon the Loan shall become so repayable.


More Definitions of Scheduled Repayments

Scheduled Repayments means the A Term Loan Scheduled Repayments, the B Term Loan Scheduled Repayments and the C Term Loan Scheduled Repayments.
Scheduled Repayments means each A Term Loan Scheduled Repayment and each B Term Loan Scheduled Repayment.
Scheduled Repayments means a Scheduled Term A Repayment or a Scheduled Term B Repayment.

For purposes of determining the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio under this Agreement for the period of four consecutive quarters ended March 31, 2011, June 30, 2011, and September 30, 2011, Scheduled Repayments shall be deemed to be equal to (a) the Scheduled Repayments for the three months ended March 31, 2011, multiplied by 4, (b) the Scheduled Repayments for the six months ended June 30, 2011, multiplied by 2, and (c) the Scheduled Repayments for the nine months ended September 30, 2011, multiplied by 4/3.
