Scheduled Service Downtime definition

Scheduled Service Downtime means Downtime which is pre-planned by the Service Provider for maintenance, upgrades and similar activities in accordance with Clause 8;
Scheduled Service Downtime means Downtime in order for the Company to perform maintenance and/or upgrades on its computer

Examples of Scheduled Service Downtime in a sentence

  • Such notice shall include an outline summary of the work to be performed during, and the estimated duration of, the Scheduled Service Downtime.
