Scheduled Ship Date definition

Scheduled Ship Date means the date on which Seller shall cause delivery of the Products to the Delivery Point and tender the same to the Carrier, as set forth in an Order Acknowledgement provided by Seller pursuant to Section 2.1.3.
Scheduled Ship Date means the date on which Vivint shall cause delivery of Products ordered under a Purchase Order to the Delivery Point for tendering to the Carrier, as set forth in the applicable Delivery Schedule.
Scheduled Ship Date with respect to the applicable Switch or Upgraded Switch, has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.1(D) hereof.

More Definitions of Scheduled Ship Date

Scheduled Ship Date means the date as mutually agreed to by the parties, on which a Product ordered by Customer is scheduled to be shipped from Nortel Networks' facility or, in the case of Software which is downloaded, the date upon which such Software is scheduled to be downloaded.

Related to Scheduled Ship Date

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date with respect to any Tranche shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Amortization Schedule relating to such Tranche.   • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date which is 364 days after the date of this Agreement or such later date specified by the Standby Redraw Facility Provider pursuant to clause 2.3.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Date means, with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the scheduled due date of any payment of principal on such Notes, as specified in the related Indenture Supplement, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day, unless such day is in the next calendar month, in which case such Scheduled Principal Payment Date, unless otherwise specified in the related Indenture Supplement, will be the last Business Day of the current calendar month.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
