Scheduled Update definition

Scheduled Update means a scheduled deployment of program code introducing a new version, feature, or functionality of the Service. OKKAMI will provide Customer with notice no less than seventy-two (72)-hours prior to the Scheduled Update event.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
