Scheme Adjudicator definition

Scheme Adjudicator means the person appointed under the terms of the Scheme for this purpose and any person who is employed by that person and to whom functions under the Scheme are delegated;
Scheme Adjudicator means the role described in paragraph 6; Schedule of Charges has the meaning given in Paragraph 8.1;
Scheme Adjudicator means the person referred to as such in clause 6.1.2 and any person appointed in substitution for him pursuant to the provisions of the Scheme or as an alternate pursuant to clause 6.1.8;

  • Any such complaints should be addressed in the first instance to the Scheme Adjudicator.

  • In relation to Clause 4.8.4, the Scheme Adjudicator shall also have this discretion.

  • As expressly stated in these policies’ Statement of Purpose, nothing in these policies is intended to create a contract of employment.

The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).

  • Arbitration Board has the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.

  • Adjudicative proceeding means the procedure to be followed in contested cases, as set forth in RSA 541-A:31 through RSA 541-A:36.

  • Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;
