Scheme employer definition

Scheme employer means a body listed in Schedule 2 employing an employee who is eligible to be a member and includes an admission body;
Scheme employer means a ‘scheduled’ or ‘admitted’ employer to the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund;
Scheme employer means a body which is listed in Schedule 2 and has any employee who is eligible to be a member and includes an admission body;

Examples of Scheme employer in a sentence

  • If a Scheme employer designates any of their employees as not being eligible for membership of the LGPS an alternative pension scheme must be provided for those employees.
