School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
City Attorney means the City Attorney of the City or any person designated by the City Attorney to perform one or more of the duties of the City Attorney under this Agreement.
Attending staff means any person on the staff of a public
Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.
County Attorney means the County Attorney of the County of Suffolk.
College board means the state board for community and
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;
Advisory Board Member means a member of an “Advisory Board” as defined in Section 2(a)(1) of the 1940 Act.
Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;
entire Board of Directors means the total number of directors which the Corporation would have if there were no vacancies.
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
Board of appeals means the local board of appeals as created by local ordinance.
Executive commissioner means the executive
Prosecuting attorney means the prosecuting attorney for a county, an assistant prosecuting attorney for a county, the attorney general, the deputy attorney general, an assistant attorney general, a special prosecuting attorney, or, in connection with the prosecution of an ordinance violation, an attorney for the political subdivision that enacted the ordinance upon which the violation is based.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Board of Director or “Board” means the Board of Directors of Omaxe Limited, as constituted from time to time.

Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;
Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.
Executive Council means the Executive Council of the University;
