School bus service means a school district's transportation of qualifying riders in any of the following types of vehicles:

School bus service means (i) any service for transporting school pupils between home and school; (ii) any service for transporting school pupils between their school and the local swimming pool, (iii) any PRSA School Bus Service, which services are not open to the public.
