Scouting University means that certain parcel of real property owned by the BSA located at 1301 Solana Boulevard, Westlake, Texas 76262, together with the buildings, structures, fixtures, additions, enlargements, extensions, modifications, repairs, replacements and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon, the sale of which was approved pursuant to the Order, Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, Authorizing the Sale of Certain Real Property Located in Westlake Texas, entered by the Bankruptcy Court on June 14, 2021 at Docket No. 5326.
