Scrap Items definition

Scrap Items means the items that have no useable life in their present condition but are saleable for scrap value in accordance with the provisions set forth in these guidelines. This definition includes, but is not limited to, scrap metal, including bits and pieces of metal parts (e.g. bars, turnings, rods, sheets, wire) or metal pieces that may be combined together with bolts and soldering (e.g. radiators, scrap automobiles), which when worn or superfluous can be recycled.
