Screening Procedures means the Screening Procedures set out in Part Three of Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

Screening Procedures means activities that are carried out under 92 NAC 52-006.03 by the school district or approved cooperative to identify, at the earliest possible age, infants and toddlers suspected of having a disability and in need of early intervention services; and includes the administration of appropriate instruments by personnel trained to administer those instruments. Screening is an optional procedure.
