Examples of SD Specifications in a sentence

  • Licensee covenants and agrees that it will not incorporate all or any portions of such SD Specifications into any other documents or materials, make derivative works thereof or otherwise distribute or publish any all or any portions of such SD Specifications.

  • On the other hand, the advancement of technology has seen the birth of LIDAR (Light Detecting and Ranging) surveying modus operandi.

  • Licensee further agrees that in case the Licensee sells any SD Products on an OEM basis to third parties, the Licensee shall cause, and bear responsibility for causing, such third parties to comply with the requirements that all products claiming to be compatible with SD Products or compliant with the SD Specifications and sold by the third parties shall conform to the applicable SD Specifications.

  • To the extent a Licensee or a Licensed Affiliate is required by effect of statute or other governmental regulation, such Licensee or Licensed Affiliates may, upon written explanatory notice to SD Association, maintain copies of relevant SD Specifications for the limited purposes required by such statute or other governmental regulation.

  • The SD Specifications are the Confidential Information of SD Association, the SD-3C LLC and their respective licensors.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;
