SD Group Specifications definition

SD Group Specifications means the specifications established by the SD Group for flash memory cards defined by Versions 1.0 and 1.01 of the SD Physical Specification (Part 1 of the SD Specifications), the SD Logical Specification (Part 2 of the SD Specifications), the SD Security Specification (Part 3 of the SD Specifications) and the SD Audio Specification (Part 4 of the SD Specifications), including any corrections or other non-material changes made thereto by SD Group. SD Group Specifications are included in Confidential Information.
SD Group Specifications means the specifications established by the SD Group for flash memory cards defined by the SD Physical Specification (Part 1 of the SD Specifications), the SD Logical Specification (Part 2 of the SD Specifications), the SD Security Specification (Part 3 of the SD Specifications) and the SD Audio Specification (Part 4 of the SD Specifications), as of the time specified in Schedule A, including any corrections or other non-material changes made thereto by SD Group and subject to the caveats in Schedule A, shall also include the Specifications Addenda. SD Group Specifications are further described in the SD Specifications Parts 1-4 as set forth in Schedule A and are included in Confidential Information.

Examples of SD Group Specifications in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding that the 3C-LLC has authorized the SD Association to provide or make available to Licensee for download the SD Group Specifications as part of the full SD Specifications, nothing herein shall be construed to grant Licensee any rights in the SD Group Specifications.

  • To the extent Licensee is required by effect of statute or other governmental regulation, Licensee may, upon written explanatory notice to Licensor, maintain copies of relevant SD Group Specifications for the limited purposes required by such statute or other governmental regulation.

  • Licensor shall have the right to assign this Agreement, at any time during the term thereof, to any other party which succeeds Licensor in its function as the licensor of the Essential Patent Claims of the SD Group, the SD Group Specifications (excluding the Specifications Addenda) and the SD Logos, upon reasonable prior written notice to Licensee.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that on the termination of this Agreement all rights of Licensee granted hereunder shall cease; provided however, that: (i) except in the case where termination is for a breach by Licensee, Licensee shall have the right to sell remaining inventory stock and complete and sell any manufacturing work in process that complies with the SD Group Specifications, and (ii) end-users may continue to use SD Products sold by Licensee.

  • SD Logical Specification: Part 2 File System Specifications Version 2.00 Released on May 9, 2006 by SD Association 1 The Specifications Addenda are included in this Schedule A because Licensor wishes the license grants covering the SD Group Specifications as set forth in this Agreement to cover any Licensable Essential Patent Claims of Licensor in such Specifications Addenda.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;
