Seadrill Operating has the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
Seadrill Operating means Seadrill Operating LP, a limited liability company being a partly owned subsidiary of the Parent, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands with registration number 950049.
Seadrill Operating means Seadrill Partners Operating LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands with registration number 962381 and whose registered address is situated at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Island, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx MH96960.

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
