Sears Card definition

Sears Card means a credit card issued with branding using a Company Mxxx, such as a SearsCard®, Sears Premier Card®, Sears MasterCard®, Sears Gold MasterCard®, Sears Premier Gold MasterCard®, and The Great Indoors® Gold MasterCard®, with which a customer may tender payment for the Authorized Services.
Sears Card means the Sears Card, also known as the “Sears Blue Card,” which is the primary proprietary card for purchases of Merchandise issued to Sears Customers, as further described on Exhibit A.

  • Revenue is based on a percentage of sales charged on the Sears Card or Sears MasterCard and is included in revenue when the sale occurs.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • POS means point of sale.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Username means an alphanumeric login identification used by the Client for accessing the Service.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Cardholder means an individual, company, firm or other body to whom a Card has been issued at any time and who is authorised to use that Card;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
