Second Amended and Restated Closing Date definition

Second Amended and Restated Closing Date means January 31, 2017.
Second Amended and Restated Closing Date means the date on or before February 28, 1997, on which the conditions set forth in subsection 3.6 are met and this Agreement becomes effective.
