Second Effective Date definition

Second Effective Date means the date of the amendment and restatement of this Agreement becoming effective in accordance with the Second Amendment and Restatement Agreement.

• The revenues received by NEPOOL pursuant to Schedules 2-7 to the Tariff shall be distributed prior to the Second Effective Date in accordance with the continuing provisions of the Prior NEPOOL Agreement and the rules adopted thereunder, and shall be distributed on or after the Second Effective Date in accordance with Section 14.

• Consent in the form attached as Exhibit I, and Xxxxx Fargo agree that the Existing Progress Parent LC Facility shall be terminated in its entirety on the Second Effective Date in accordance with the terms thereof.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Company and the Lenders of the Second Effective Date, and such notice shall be conclusive and binding on all parties hereto.

More Definitions of Second Effective Date

Second Effective Date means the date on which the Delayed Additional Commitments become effective pursuant to Section 3.02.
