Second Hand Shop definition

Second Hand Shop means a building or part of a building in which used goods, merchandise, substances, articles, or things are offered or kept for sale, but excludes used bookstores, antique stores, sports card shops, used clothing stores, and the sale of used bicycles as an accessory to a new bicycle shop or repair shop;
Second Hand Shop means the premises or the parts of the premises from or upon which a Second Hand Dealer is licensed to Deal in Second Hand Goods;
Second Hand Shop means a store or other place where second hand goods are purchased, sold or exchanged but does not include a pawn shop;

Second Hand Shop means any Premises in which the purchasing, selling, exchanging, or otherwise dealing in Second-hand Goods is carried on; “Sleeping Room” shall mean a room used or maintained for sleeping accommodation for which remuneration or consideration is provided;‌
Second Hand Shop means a building, booth, stall or other place, or any part thereof, that is a permanent or semi-permanent location, within the geographic boundaries of the Region, where:

  • Load Shedding means the systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing load in response to transmission system or area capacity shortages, system instability, or voltage control considerations under Tariff, Part II or Part III.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications
