Second Priority Notes Trustee means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, as trustee for the holders of the Second Priority Notes.

Second Priority Notes Trustee means Wilmington in its capacity as trustee pursuant to the Second Priority Documents and any successor appointed in accordance with the Second Priority Documents.
