Second Warrant definition

Second Warrant shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Second Warrant in a sentence

  • The Exercise Price of the Second Warrant shall be set at the same price as the First Warrant outlined in Section 3(a) above and all shares thereunder shall vest immediately upon issuance of the Second Warrant.

  • The First Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase, for a period of two years from issuance, one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.50 per Share and each whole Second Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase, for a period of two years from issuance, one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.60 per Share.

More Definitions of Second Warrant

Second Warrant means the warrant to purchase Common Stock issued by Borrower to Holder pursuant to the Second Amendment.
