Secondary School Transport Contribution means the sum of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxPounds (£xxxxxxx) adjusted by the percentage change in build costs from the Education Index Point prevailing at April 2015 to the Education Index Point prevailing at the date of Occupation provided always that in the event that the number of Residential Dwellings alters from the Anticipated Mix then the County shall be entitled to revise the said sum accordingly
