School Transportation. The Grantee, or any operator of mass transportation acting on its behalf, shall not engage in school bus operations exclusively for the transportation of students or school personnel in competition with private school bus operators, except as provided under 49 USC §5323 (f) and applicable regulations, “School Bus Operations,” set forth at 49 CFR Part 605, as amended. Any school bus agreement entered into under these regulations is incorporated into this Grant by reference.
School Transportation i. The Subrecipient assures that it will not engage in school bus operations exclusively for the transportation of students and school personnel, in competition with private school bus operators, per provisions of 49 CFR Part 605.
ii. If the Subrecipient is a public transportation system, it may provide "School Tripper Service” that is regularly scheduled public transportation service open to the public but designed or modified to accommodate the needs of school students and personnel (must be open to the public, must serve regular transit stops, and must be shown on transit route schedules and maps) and schools signs may NOT be displayed on the vehicle.
School Transportation. Each day, Contractor shall deploy approximately sufficient school buses to transport approximately four thousand (4,000) students to and from school. For each Home-to-School route, the pricing system used in this agreement is based upon the length of day the specific vehicle is in use on behalf of the School District, including deadhead times as described, and stipulated pre/post trip times. Routes cannot be longer than fifty (50) minutes in duration. The daily usage shall be determined based upon the scheduled run length as determined by the School District where the bus is in direct service to the School District, including a fifteen (15) minute pre/post trip time for each AM, mid- day (if not continuous time), and PM run. The price per bus run shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” The excess hourly rate shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” No routes are to be doubled by Contractor.

For each Home-to-School route, the pricing system used in the PROPOSAL is based upon the length of day the specific vehicle is in use on behalf of the DISTRICT, including deadhead times as described, and stipulated pre/post trip times. Routes (defined as actual ride time) cannot be longer than sixty (60) minutes in duration. The daily usage shall be determined based upon the scheduled run length as determined by the DISTRICT where the bus is in direct service to the DISTRICT, including a fifteen (15) minute pre/post trip time for each AM, mid-day (if not continuous time), and PM run. The price per bus run shall be $ .
School Transportation. I give my child, permission to ride the Auburn School Transportation from Auburn Childcare, INC to school and back to the center when school is in session. Once my child leave Auburn Childcare, INC., I understand that the responsibility of my child is then given to the Auburn School District.
School Transportation. Due to the small size of the school, it is not mandatory for it to offer transportation to students. However, there is a person who offers this service for Escuela Lomas Altas but does not work directly for Escuela Lomas Altas. Please contact the school office for further information.
