Secondary Vendor definition

Secondary Vendor is defined as the vendor providing electricity to the house.
Secondary Vendor means an entity that: (i) has entered into an agreement pursuant to the RFP; and (ii) has been designated as a Secondary Vendor, as more fully described in Article 3 below.
Secondary Vendor means the Vendor whose Bid the City of Stillwater selected as a back-up supplier in the event that the Primary Vendor is unable to provide all the Goods and/or Services required.

  • Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.
