Section 428 definition

Section 428 means the alternative procedures for the Public Assistance (PA) program under sections 403(a)(3)(A), 406, 407 and 502(a)(5) of the Stafford Act as authorized by the Sandy Recovery Improvement Act of 2013.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Purchaser delivered to Seller in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Section 2 Nonresident BIDDER" means a BIDDERS whose principal place of business is not in this state, but excludes a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.

  • Section 415 Compensation shall be a Participant's remuneration as defined in Income Tax Regulations Sections 1.415-2(d)(2), (3) and (6).
