Sector Voting Share definition

Sector Voting Share means:
Sector Voting Share for each active Sector, is the quotient obtained by dividing one hundred percent (100%) by the number of active Sectors. For example, if there are five active Sectors, the Sector Voting Share of each of the Sectors is twenty percent (20%). The aggregate Sector Voting Shares shall equal one hundred percent (100%).
