Secured Hedge Agreement means any Swap Contract permitted under Article VI or VII that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank.
Commodity Hedging Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any commodity purchase contract, commodity futures or forward contract, commodities option contract or other similar contract (including commodities derivative agreements or arrangements), to which such Person is a party or a beneficiary.
Interest Hedge Agreement means a Hedge Contract between the Borrower and one or more financial institutions providing for the exchange of nominal interest obligations between the Borrower and such financial institution or the cap of the interest rate on any Debt of the Borrower.
Hedge Agreement means any (a) hedge agreement, interest rate swap, cap, collar or floor agreement, or other interest rate management device entered into by a Company with any Person in connection with any Indebtedness of such Company, or (b) currency swap agreement, forward currency purchase agreement or similar arrangement or agreement designed to protect against fluctuations in currency exchange rates entered into by a Company.
Guaranteed Hedge Agreement means any Hedge Agreement required or permitted under Article V that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank.
Hedge Agreements means interest rate swap, cap or collar agreements, interest rate future or option contracts, currency swap agreements, currency future or option contracts and other hedging agreements.
Secured Hedging Obligations means all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of any Secured Hedging Agreement.
Hedging Agreement means any interest rate protection agreement, foreign currency exchange agreement, commodity price protection agreement or other interest or currency exchange rate or commodity price hedging arrangement.
Commodity Agreement means any commodity futures contract, commodity swap, commodity option or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in the price of commodities or to otherwise manage commodity prices or the risk of fluctuations in commodity prices.
Hedging Counterparty means HSBC Bank plc or any Affiliate of HSBC Bank plc or any other party
Secured Hedge Obligations means Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements.
Hedging Agreements means, collectively, interest rate protection agreements, foreign currency exchange agreements, commodity purchase or option agreements or other interest or exchange rate or commodity price hedging agreements, in each case, entered into or purchased by a Credit Party.
