Tolling Agreement definition

Tolling Agreement means an agreement whereby a party rents a power plant from the owner. The rent is generally in the form of a fixed monthly payment plus a charge for every megawatt generated, gen- erally referred to as a variable payment.
Tolling Agreement means a contractual arrangement whereby the buyer of electricity agrees to provide specified amounts of natural gas to a power plant for conversion to specified amounts of electric energy over a specified period of time.
