Secured Party Claim definition

Secured Party Claim means any amount which a Foreign Subsidiary Revolving Borrower owes to a Secured Party under or in connection with the Loan Documents.

Secured Party Claim means any amount which a Company Indenture Party owes to a Secured Party under and in connection with the Indenture Documents. As relevant, any Collateral created pursuant to a Security Document (other than for any Italian Security Document) is granted to the Collateral Trustee in its individual capacity as an independent creditor of the Collateral Trustee Claim created pursuant to this Section 11.04.(D).
