Securing Fee definition

Securing Fee means the amount of money paid by the Parent/s to the School, after a Child has been offered a firm place in the School to indicate their acceptance of a place in the School. This is a non- refundable deposit which the School may require be increased from time to time;

Examples of Securing Fee in a sentence

  • The Securing Fee will be credited to the fees invoice for the first Term.

  • In such circumstances the Acceptance Deposit and the Securing Fee (if paid) will be refunded together with any Fees paid pro-rated if the School has provided any educational services under this agreement.

  • The School reserves the right to offset the Securing Fee (if paid) against the Term's Fees.

  • The Acceptance Deposit will then be retained by the School and the Securing Fee (if paid) will be refunded to the Parents.

  • Included in the Group’s trade receivable balance are debtors with a carrying amount of £3.0 million (2011: £3.5 million, 2010: £3.4 million) which are past due at the reporting date and for which the Group has not provided as there has not been a significant change in credit quality and the amounts are still considered recoverable.

  • An advance fee payment (Securing Fee) as shown on the fees list for the relevant year will be payable by late February of the year of Entry.

  • For reasons of administration, theright is reserved to require payment by the Parents of a Securing Fee ("Securing Fee"), as shown on the fees list for the relevant year, when the Parents accept the offer of a place in the case of a pupil who will attend the School for one academic year or less and whose normal residence is outside the United Kingdom.

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Contingent fee, as used in this clause, means any commission, percentage, brokerage, or other fee that is contingent upon the success that a person or concern has in securing a Government contract.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Issuance Fee is defined in Section 2.2(g)(ii).

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Prepayment Fee is, with respect to any Term Loan subject to prepayment prior to the Maturity Date, whether by mandatory or voluntary prepayment, acceleration or otherwise, an additional fee payable to the Lenders in amount equal to:

  • Undrawn Amount means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time and “Undrawn Amounts” means, at any time, the sum of all Undrawn Amounts at such time.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
