Guarantee Fee definition

Guarantee Fee shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 4.1.
Guarantee Fee means the amount payable by the Issuer to the Guarantor LP on or before each Guarantor LP Payment Date pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed, which amount shall be determined by applying the Guarantee Fee Rate to the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of Covered Bonds on each Guarantor LP Calculation Date, multiplying the result of that calculation by the actual number of days in the Guarantor LP Calculation Period ending on such Guarantor LP Calculation Date divided by 365 days and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest xxxxx (half a xxxxx being rounded upwards);

Examples of Guarantee Fee in a sentence

  • The Guarantee Fee for each check submitted shall be equal to the Discount Rate set forth in the Application multiplied by the face value of each personal check (hereinafter referred to as “Instrument”) presented through the Merchant’s Point of Sale Electronic device.

  • During any such period where the Concessionaire repairs said Facility at its own cost under the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, the Minimum Guarantee Fee with respect to the Facility shall be payable.

More Definitions of Guarantee Fee

Guarantee Fee means, as of any Remittance Date, one-twelfth of the product of 3.00% and the Pool Scheduled Principal Balance for the immediately preceding Remittance Date.
