Securities lending or "securities borrowing" means a transaction by which a counterparty transfers securities subject to a commitment that the borrower will return equivalent securities on a future date or when requested to do so by the transferor, that transaction being considered as securities lending for the counterparty transferring the securities and being considered as securities borrowing for the counterparty to which they are transferred;
Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency. During the term of the agreement, both the securities and the collateral are held by a third party. At the conclusion of the agreement, the securities are transferred back to the local agency in return for the collateral.
Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).
Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
Designated Deposit Account is Borrower’s deposit account, account number , maintained with Bank.
Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.19.11.
Holding Account means an account:
Controlled Securities Account means each securities account (including all financial assets held therein and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such financial assets) that is the subject of an effective Control Agreement.
Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.
Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.
Financing Accounts means, collectively, the Credit Account and the Grant Account (or, where the context so requires, either of the Credit Account or the Grant Account).”
Note Account As defined in the Indenture.
Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).
Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.
Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Controlled Deposit Account means a Deposit Account (i) that is subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement or (ii) as to which the Collateral Agent is the Depositary Bank’s “customer” (as defined in UCC Section 4-104).
Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
