Security Agreement Joinder definition

Security Agreement Joinder means each Security Agreement Joinder, executed and delivered by a Guarantor of Payment for the purpose of adding such Guarantor of Payment as a party to a previously executed Security Agreement.
Security Agreement Joinder means a Security Agreement Joinder, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Security Agreement Joinder means a Pledge and Security Agreement Joinder, substantially in the form of the attached Annex E, executed and delivered to the Collateral Agent by a Subsidiary for the purpose of adding an additional Grantor as a party to this Agreement.
