SEHK Subsidiary means the company established by SEHK for carrying out the Northbound Trading Link activities, as defined by relevant circulars of the HKEx and as amended by the SEHK Listing Rules from time to time.

"SSE" means Shanghai Stock Exchange. "SZSE" means Shenzhen Stock Exchange. "Trading Day" means a day on which SEHK is open for Northbound trading for (a) Hong Kong and Shanghai (in the case of Shanghai Hong Kong Stock Connect) or (b) Hong Kong and Shenzhen (in the case of Shenzhen Hong Kong Stock Connect), where “T day” denotes the Trading Day on which a transaction is executed and “T+1 day” denotes (as the case may be) the day which is one Trading Day, or in the context of the settlement of funds, one business day (on which banks (a) Hong Kong and Shanghai (in the case of Shanghai Hong Kong Stock Connect) or (b) Hong Kong and Shenzhen (in the case of Shenzhen Hong Kong Stock Connect) are generally open for business) after T day.
