Routing Services. Cboe Trading, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cboe Bats, LLC (f/k/a CBOE V, LLC), agrees to act as agent for User for routing orders entered into Exchange to the applicable market centers or broker-dealers for execution, whenever such routing is at User’s request, and is permitted in accordance with Exchange Rules. User understands and agrees that orders executed on its behalf shall at all times be subject to the terms and conditions of Exchange Rules. In the event of a conflict between the Exchange Rules and this Routing Agreement, the Exchange Rules shall prevail.

Routing Services. 7.1 Routing Rules Next Gen 9-1-1 Routing processes all inbound emergency calls and successfully presents the emergency calls to the PSAP in accordance with the routing rules determined with CENTURYLINK and provisioned during the implementation stage. Next Gen 9-1-1 Routing allows for specialized management of wireline, wireless, and VoIP call types so that different call types may have the ability to have separate routing policies for originating delivery, transfer, fail over, choking, etc. For example, SMS is routed differently based on a PSAPs selection of delivery method (i3, browser, TTY). Call types are determined based on the incoming call source facility (e.g. MSC, End office), as well as the information provided within call signaling. Next Gen 9-1-1 Routing will support flexible routing instruction rules, depending on CENTURYLINK- established preferences and needs. To this end, CENTURYLINK will provision the following based upon CENTURYLINK’s requirements for the PSAP: • Each incoming End Office connection (IP or TDM) is identified for the appropriate routing treatment. The current routing treatments are identified below: o Selective Routing: Routing rules are based upon the calling party ANI. Routing is determined based upon the ANI match to an ESN (Emergency Services Number) and an Electronic Switching System Identification (“ESSID”).

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure").
