SEI Trust definition

SEI Trust means SEI Private Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of SEI Private Trust Company.
SEI Trust shall make cash payments from or for the Accounts of the Fund only for:
SEI Trust collectively SGS and SEI Trust are referred to as “SEI”) and Bryn Mawr Trust Company (“Customer”).

  • SEI Trust disclaims any warranty of title or non-infringement except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.

  • Such bank or trust company shall have an aggregate capital, surplus and undivided profits, according to its last published report, of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000), if it is a subsidiary or affiliate of SEI Trust, or at least twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) if such bank or trust company is not a subsidiary or affiliate of SEI Trust.

  • For clarification, upon termination of this Agreement SEI Trust shall have no responsibility to transmit such material or to inform the Fund or any other person of such actions or events.

  • Except as specifically set forth herein, SEI Trust assumes no responsibility for compliance with such laws by the Fund or any other entity.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, SEI Trust hereby disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, made to the Fund or any other person, including, without limitation, any warranties regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise (irrespective of any course of dealing, custom or usage of trade), of any services or any goods provided incidental to services provided under this Agreement.

  • In the event of equipment failures, SEI Trust shall, at no additional expense to the Fund, take reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions.

Related to SEI Trust

  • Academy Trust shall include any company in which the Academy Trust: • holds more than 50% of the shares; or • controls more than 50% of the voting rights attached to the shares; or • has the right to appoint one or more directors to the board of the company.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • the Academy Trust means the company intended to be regulated by these Articles and referred to in Article 2;

  • Owner Trust means with respect to any Leased Aircraft, the trust created by the "Trust Agreement" referred to in the Leased Aircraft Indenture related thereto.

  • Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • Family Trust means, with respect to any natural Person, a trust, limited partnership or limited liability company benefiting solely such individual and/or the Family Members of such individual.

  • Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Titling Trust means GE TF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Master Trust means Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I.

  • Family Trusts means, with respect to any individual, trusts or other estate planning vehicles established for the benefit of Family Members of such individual and in respect of which such individual serves as trustee or in a similar capacity.

  • Underlying Trust Means the "Trust Fund" as defined in the Underlying Agreement.

  • Sub-Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Titling Trust Agreement.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Blind Trust means an independently managed trust in which the employee-beneficiary has no management rights and in which the employee-beneficiary is not given notice of alterations in or other dispositions of the property subject to the trust.
