If the sanitarian determines that the commodities are unfit for human consumption, the sanitarian will seize the commodity through an Official Notice of Seizure, order destruction of the commodity, and issue a Report on Destruction of Material.
Seizure means a legal process carried out by court order against a definite amount of seed.
forfeiture order means a forfeiture order referred to in section 61(1);
Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;
confiscation order means an order made under—
Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
Expropriation ’ means the compulsory acquisition of property by an expropriating authority or an organ of state upon request to an expropriating authority, and ‘‘expropriate’’ has a corresponding meaning;
Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, winding-up, dissolution or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor’s property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or compromise of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.
Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.
Corrective order means an order issued by the commissioner specifying corrective actions that the commissioner has determined are required.
Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.
Counterfeit Work means Work that is or contains items misrepresented as having been designed and/or produced under an approved system or other acceptable method. The term also includes approved Work that has reached a design life limit or has been damaged beyond possible repair, but is altered and misrepresented as acceptable.
Quarantine means the restriction of activities or separation of a person, who was or may potentially have been exposed, to COVID-19 and who could potentially spread the disease to other non-exposed persons, to prevent the possible spread of infection or contamination to healthy individuals;
Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.
Nationalisation means that all the Shares or all or substantially all the assets of the Share Company are nationalised, expropriated or otherwise required to be transferred to any governmental agency, authority, entity or instrumentality thereof.
Pendency of the procurement process means the time period commencing with the public notice of the request for proposals and ending with the award of the contract or the cancellation of the request for proposals.
Professional Fee Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 24, 2008 at Docket No. 227 authorizing the interim payment of Professional Claims.
