Bar Date Order definition

Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Bar Date Order means any order of the Bankruptcy Court establishing Bar Dates for Filing proofs of Claim in the Chapter 9 Case, including the Order, Pursuant to Sections 105, 501 and 503 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules 2002 and 3003(c), Establishing Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim and Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof (Docket No. 1782), entered by the Bankruptcy Court on the docket of the Chapter 9 Case on November 21, 2013, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.
Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates For Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment Under Section 503(b)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(b)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof [Docket No. 299], entered by the Bankruptcy Court on January 10, 2018.
