Selectee definition

Selectee means, a new company (i) proposed by the Lenders read with Schedule Ill hereof and approved .by the Purchaser (ii) or proposed by the Purchaser in accordance. with Schedule III hereof and approved by-the Lenders, for substituting the Power Producer for the residual period of the Agreement by amendment of the Agreement or by execution of a fresh power purchase agreement in-accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the said Schedule.

Selectee means an Indian company within the meaning of Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, selected by the Lenders and proposed to the LICENSOR for the purpose of assignment/transfer of the LICENCE as provided in this AGREEMENT.
