Period of the Agreement definition

Period of the Agreement. The period specified in Section 5 to this Housing Agreement or any shorter period as decided by the University authorities.
Period of the Agreement means the period specified in section 32;

  • If this Agreement is terminated by the Company for any other reason, or by Consultant for reasons set forth in B(i) through (v) above, Consultant shall be entitled to any outstanding unpaid portion of reimbursable expenses, Transaction Fee, if any, and for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the applicable term (Primary Term or Extension Period) of the Agreement.

  • Such fees shall be adjusted, beginning as of the first day following the Initial Period of the Agreement and thereafter as of each January 1, so as to comply with the immediately preceding sentence.

  • If this Agreement is terminated by the Company for any other reason, or by Advisor for reasons set forth in B(i) through (v) above, Advisor shall be entitled to any outstanding unpaid portion of reimbursable expenses, Transaction Fee, if any, and for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the applicable term (Primary Term or Extension Period) of the Agreement.

  • For existing resources, the Delivery Period of the Agreement with respect to applying Bill Credits, begins on the Effective Date and continues through the 20th anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • If this Agreement is terminated by the Company for any other reason, or by Advisor for reasons set forth in B(i) through (v) above, Advisor shall be entitled to any outstanding unpaid portion of reimbursable expenses, Transaction Fee, if any, and the balance of the Advisory Fee for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the applicable term (Primary Term or Extension Period) of the Agreement.


More Definitions of Period of the Agreement

Period of the Agreement means the period of operation of the agreement specified in the agreement, or that period as extended or further extended under section 170MJ.
