Seller General Representations definition

Seller General Representations means all Seller Surviving Representations other than the Seller Fundamental Representations.
Seller General Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Article II and Article III hereof, other than the Seller Fundamental Representations.

More Definitions of Seller General Representations

Seller General Representations means all Seller Surviving Representations other than the Seller Fundamental Representations. “ Seller Indemnified Parties ” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3 .
Seller General Representations means the representations and warranties made in Article III and Article IV that are not Tax Representations or Fundamental Representations.
