Seller Portal definition

Seller Portal means the section of the Website provided by Newegg for Sellers to access their Newegg Seller account.
Seller Portal means the web based tool or other web services or interfaces, provided by Makro and/or a Service Provider that Sellers can use to manage its settings, Content and other information related to the Marketplace Program, and including all associated product listing requirements;
Seller Portal means the online portal and tools made available by KnockKnockTT to you, for your use in managing your orders, inventory and presence on the KnockKnockTT Site and/or a WebStore Site.

  • The Website shall provide Seller with web-based information on the Seller Portal portion of the Website, to enable Seller to check its sales performance, including breakdowns of sales, discounts, shipping fees, and sales taxes.

  • In addition, Seller must not provide any product that may be potentially illegal, obscene, or might infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party, including all restricted content and products listed as such in the Seller Portal.

  • Seller reserves the right to revise or modify the Seller Portal and App and the contents and features thereof or deny access to them at any time.

  • Buyer shall act in strict compliance with the applicable terms of use of the Seller Portal and App which shall be available in the Seller Portal and App and/or provided to Buyer upon request.

  • The provisions of this Section 15 are in addition to and not in lieu of any terms of use associated with Buyer’s use of the Seller Portal and App.

  • Buyer expressly accepts and agrees that the Seller Portal and App shall be provided “as is” and on an as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, made in relation to the correctness, accuracy or reliability of the Seller Portal and App.

  • The Seller shall adhere to the minimum requirements as set out on Marketplace Seller Portal.
