Seller Service definition

Seller Service means any service provided by Seller or a Seller Subsidiary.

Seller Service means a Hired Employee's period of employment prior to the Closing Date with any one or more Seller Entities and any predecessor employers, which are counted by the Seller for purposes of determining the Seller Employee's eligibility to participate in any vacation, sick pay or similar plan programs or arrangement maintained by Seller Entities. Seller Service and the compensation of Seller Employees shall be reported to the Purchaser as determined by the Seller Entities in connection with the specific plans. The Purchaser shall be entitled to rely on the Seller Entities computation of Seller Service.

  • During the Revision Service Period and upon the Buyer’s request for incorporation of Seller Service Bulletin information into the Technical Data, such information shall be incorporated into the Technical Data for the Buyer’s Aircraft after formal notification by the Buyer of its intention to accomplish a Service Bulletin.

  • On the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller hereby agrees to provide or cause one or more of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates or a Service Provider that is providing a Service to Seller or any such Subsidiary or Affiliate to provide the services listed on Attachment A (the “Seller Services”) to Buyer for the Term of this Agreement with respect to each Seller Service.

  • Any such terminated Service shall be deleted from Schedule 2.1(a), Schedule 2.2(a) or Schedule 2.4, as applicable, and the terminating Party shall have no obligation to continue to use or pay for any such Seller Service or Purchaser Service, as applicable; provided, however, that this Agreement shall remain in effect until neither Party requires any Service from the other Party, or until otherwise terminated pursuant to this ARTICLE X.

  • During any Revision Service Period and upon the Buyer’s request, Seller Service Bulletin information shall be incorporated into the Technical Data, provided that the Buyer notifies the Seller through the Airbus World “Service Bulletin Reporting” service that it intends to accomplish such Service Bulletin, after which post-Service Bulletin status shall be shown.

  • The current Base Cost of each Seller Service is set forth on Schedule 2.1(a) or Schedule 2.1(b), as applicable.
