Seller Trademarks has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(b).
Seller Trademarks means any Trademarks owned by Seller or its Subsidiaries as of the Closing, whether or not registered, in any jurisdiction, other than Transferred Trademarks.

All use of Seller Trademarks shall be in strict conformance with Seller’s trademark usage guidelines in effect from time to time, which may include the right to prohibit certain types, manner or content of advertising or promotions.
Seller shall have the continuing right upon request to review all uses of any of Seller Trademarks as well as the right to inspect (upon reasonable notice) any materials, properties, products or documentation (whether in written or electronic form) connected in any way with Purchaser’s use of Seller Trademarks.
More Definitions of Seller Trademarks
Seller Trademarks means the names “Regions”, “Regions Financial”, “Regions Bank”, “RMK”, “Regions Trust” and any Internet domain name, Trademark, word, name or logo related thereto, or employing the word “Regions”, “Regions Financial”, “Regions Bank”, “RMK”, “Regions Trust” or any derivation, variation, translation or adaptation thereof, or any Internet domain name, Trademark, word, name or logo confusingly similar thereto or embodying any of the foregoing, whether alone or in combination with any other Internet domain names, Trademarks, words, names or logos, and whether Registered or unregistered.
Seller Trademarks means all Trademarks of Seller and its Affiliates other than the Product Trademarks, in each case including all formatives and derivatives thereof, all composite marks including such names or any such formatives or derivatives and any colorable imitation of any of the foregoing.
