Composite Marks definition

Composite Marks means the Intellectual Property set forth on a schedule to the Credit Agreement as being Composite Marks.
Composite Marks means the Intellectual Property listed on Schedule 1.01(e) as being Composite Marks.
Composite Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • The Company shall operate its business using the Station Marks (including Station Marks included in Composite Marks) and Other Marks in compliance with all applicable Laws.

  • The Company and any person who is a transferee of the Hotel shall cease using (by opaque covering or removal) the Station Marks and Composite Marks with respect to (i) on-site exterior and perimeter signage and (ii) interior signage within four months after the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Composite Marks

Composite Marks means any and all Trademarks that constitute: (a) the composite or other combination of any Remainco Trademark with any Trademark owned by the Spinco Group as of immediately following the Spinco Distribution (or licensed to the Spinco Group and owned by any former Subsidiary of any member of the Spinco Group), or (b) the composite or other combination of any Spinco Trademark with any Trademark owned by Remainco Group (or licensed to the Remainco Group and owned by any former Subsidiary of any member of the Remainco Group, excluding the Spinco Group) as of immediately following the Spinco Distribution.
Composite Marks means the Intellectual Property listed in a Collateral Document or Contribution Agreement as being Composite Marks.
Composite Marks means (i) the Intellectual Property set forth on a schedule to the Credit Agreement as being Composite Marks and (ii) any new marks that include at least one element of a xxxx owned by American and at least one element of an existing xxxx owned directly or indirectly by an SPV Party or one of its Subsidiaries or to which Loyalty Co is exclusively licensed under the Madrid IP License.
Composite Marks has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement. “Confidential Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2. “Deferred Management Fee” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1. “Derivative Marks” has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
