Sellers Plan definition

Sellers Plan means a Sellers Plan in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B entered into between Broker and a Seller.
Sellers Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.5.
Sellers Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6(g)(i) hereof.
