Semiannual Rate Period definition

Semiannual Rate Period means each period during a Semiannual Rate Mode from and commencing on the first day of a calendar month and to but not including the first day of the sixth succeeding calendar month, provided that the first Semiannual Rate Period in any Semiannual Rate Mode shall be the period commencing on the effective date of such Semiannual Rate Mode to but not including the first day of the sixth calendar month thereafter.
Semiannual Rate Period means each period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Semiannual Rate.
Semiannual Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of 2010 Bonds, each period during which interest on the 2010 Bonds of such Series is payable or is accrued at a Semiannual Rate for such Series.

  • The Credit Issuance Date must be (i) with respect to a Weekly Rate Period, Monthly Rate Period or Semiannual Rate Period, an Optional Tender Date or (ii) with respect to any Money Market Rate Period or Medium-Term Rate Period, a Conversion Date, in either case that occurs in the second calendar month following the calendar month during which the Trustee receives the Credit Issuance Notice.

More Definitions of Semiannual Rate Period

Semiannual Rate Period means each period during which a Bond bears interest at a Semiannual Rate.
Semiannual Rate Period means each period during which interest on a Series of Variable Rate Bonds is payable or is accrued at a Semiannual Rate.
Semiannual Rate Period means the period beginning on, and including, any June 1 or December 1 (or, if not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day) and ending on, and including, the next May 31 or November 30, as the case may be, except that in the event of Conversion to Semiannual Rate Bonds, the first “Semiannual Rate Period” means the period beginning on, and including, the Conversion Date and ending on, and including, the next succeeding May 31 or November 30.
Semiannual Rate Period means, while the Series 1996 Bonds bear interest at the Semiannual Rate, the period commencing on the Semiannual Rate Conversion Date and from and including the first Business Day of each sixth calendar month thereafter to but excluding the first Business Day of the sixth calendar month thereafter.
Semiannual Rate Period means, with respect to each Bond that bears interest at a Semiannual Rate, (a) the period from and including the effective date of any change to the Semiannual Rate Mode with respect to such Bond to and including the last day of the six calendar month period beginning on such effective date, and (b) each six calendar month period thereafter, so long as such Bond continues to bear interest at a Semiannual Rate.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Treasury Rate means, with respect to any redemption date, the rate per annum equal to the semi-annual equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such redemption date.
