Semiannual Rate Period definition

Semiannual Rate Period means each period during a Semiannual Rate Mode from and commencing on the first day of a calendar month and to but not including the first day of the sixth succeeding calendar month, provided that the first Semiannual Rate Period in any Semiannual Rate Mode shall be the period commencing on the effective date of such Semiannual Rate Mode to but not including the first day of the sixth calendar month thereafter.
Semiannual Rate Period means each period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Semiannual Rate.

If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clauses (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Notice of Special Rate Period means any notice with respect to a Special Rate Period of shares of MuniPreferred pursuant to subparagraph (d)(i) of Section 4 of Part I of this Statement.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Five-Year Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Interest Determination Date, the average of the yields on actively traded U.S. Treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, for five-year maturities, for the most recent five Business Days appearing under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” in the Most Recent H.15.   • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.
