Code 608 Unsafe School Choice Option Policy.2.4.4.1.12 Transfer Because Sending School Closed or Dropped Sport/Athletic Program - A student may transfer without loss of athletic eligibility if the transfer is a result of any of the following:2.4.4.1.12.1 The closure of the sending school;2.4.4.1.12.2 The sending school discontinuing a single sport at the varsity level.
To avoid disciplinary action imposed by the Sending School related to or affecting interscholastic athletic participation.

The FCCTC and Sending School Counselors will assist teachers and provide requested information as needed to complete this documentation.
Please Note: When a student chooses to participate at the Sending School (111.1.D.(i)) the student may not be eligible to compete at the varsity level if the most recent change of schools is not the student’s first transfer.
The school administration expects all parent/guardian and students to read and comply with all of the driving/parking/riding regulations if they elect NOT to use the bus transportation provided.If a student drives to school without prior permission from CWCTC that student will be subject to disciplinary action (CTC Study, Sending School Detention, In-School Suspension or Out of School Suspension) Driving a vehicle is a serious responsibility.
The Parent, Sending School Administration and Career Center Director must approve these privileges.
The Sending School / Unit is expected to formally recognise the mobility – ESAO will write to the noted Line Manager confirming details / expectations.
Notification to Parents/GuardiansThe student’s Sending School and the Parent(s) of students who are searched will be promptly notified by the Dean that a search has been conducted or canines have been used in the detection of illegal drugs or devices.
Complete this document to document concurrence with the student’s transfer by both the principal of the school from which the student transfers (Sending School) and the principal of the school into which the student transfers (Receiving School).
