However, where such an officer becomes eligible for advancement to payoint 1.6 or progression to Senior Constable under these arrangements before becoming eligible for promotion to Senior Constable under those other provisions, such advancement and/or progression will proceed under these arrangements.
A member who is in a gazetted dog handler’s position and is required to care and maintain the dog/s during hours rostered off duty, shall be paid an allowance of 12% of the hourly rate of a Senior Constable on top salary increment (7 weeks leave).
