Senior Deed of Trust definition

Senior Deed of Trust means any deed of trust to which this deed of trust is subordinated.
Senior Deed of Trust means the deed of trust from Borrower to Senior Lender, conveying the Property as security for the Senior Loan, dated , 2009.
