Senior Discount Notes Indenture definition

Senior Discount Notes Indenture means the indenture governing the Senior Discount Notes dated as of August 15, 1996 by and among the Issuers and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Senior Discount Notes Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the Senior Discount Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
